General conditions of access and use of the website

This legal notice establishes the conditions of use of the website “www.catoira.gal” that the Council of Catoira (hereinafter, Council), with registered office in the Edificio Multiusos, Rúa do Concello nº1, CIF number P3601000 G, registered in the Register of Local Entities, with the registration number 01360101 made available to Internet users. Access to the website www.catoira.gal attributes the condition of user and implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the conditions included in this Legal Notice.

All intellectual property rights of the web domain www.catoira.gal as well as its contents belong, either to the Council, or to third parties, so NO USER is authorized to make use of them, or print or store them under any support physical in no case other than personal and private use. Therefore, the modification, compilation or commercial use of any part thereof is prohibited. Only the use of the contents of the web domain www.catoira.gal is authorized for informational and service purposes, being the User, the only responsible for the misuse of them.

 

To access the information contained on the website and make use of the services offered, minors must obtain prior permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives.

The Council will use the civil or prison actions that by law corresponds, before any improper use of its web domain www.catoira.gal. Disputes that may have arisen in relation to this domain will be governed solely by Spanish law, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals competent in Spain.
