This department is in charge of queries and arrangements concerning the administration and public services:
- Register of inhabitants: registration, unregistration, change of address, partnership certificate, census certificate.
Registration: certification of documents, front desk. - Water supply services, refuse collection and sewage: registration/unregistration forms, conveyancing, claims.
- Duties and taxes: trade and property taxes, imposto sobre bens inmobles, construction tax, vehicle taxes.
- Direct debiting of municipal bills.
- Register of dangerous dogs.
- Licensing: opening up of labelled activities, public events, opening of comercial establishments.
